Automatic deletion after inactivity
If you do not use ChatBot for 7 consecutive days, we automatically delete the data associated with your account and app activity.
What counts as “activity”
“Activity” means using the app in a way that contacts our systems, such as opening the app while connected to the internet, signing in, sending a message, or otherwise interacting with features that sync data.
What data is deleted
- Account-related data associated with your use of ChatBot.
- App activity data associated with your account (including content you submit in the app).
When deletion happens
Deletion is performed automatically after the inactivity period is reached. In some cases, deletion may take a short additional time to complete due to system processing and backups.
